Chennai, Nov 13 (UNI) Asserting that Tamil Nadu will nip in the bud any attempt by Karnataka, the upper riparian State, to construct a dam at Mekedatu near the interstate border, Tamil Nadu Public Works Minister Duraimurugan on Thursday refuted media reports claiming that the Supreme Court had given the go ahead for building the reservoir.

Ex-CM slams Chandrababu Naidu for 'brazen credit-chori'

Vijayawada, Nov 13 (UNI) YSRCP President Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy has denounced what he termed as Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s "brazen credit-chor” scheme, with the present government "shamelessly" claiming credit for housing works that were initiated, sanctioned and largely executed when he was the Chief Minister.

The former Chief Minister claimed that in the 18 months of Chandrababu Naidu’s administration, the Government had not acquired a single square yard for the poor.
