UAE facing cyber threats more than ever, says Country's Cyber Security Head Dr Mohamed Al-Kuwaiti

Thiruvananthapuram, Nov 13 (UNI) Cyber Security Head of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Dr Mohamed Al-Kuwaiti on Saturday said "today we are facing cyber threats more than ever."
Realising the importance of cyber threats across all sectors and seeing other countries experience, UAE had created Cyber Security Council aiming to defend and protect from cyber attacks, Dr Mohamed Al-Kuwaiti said this while delivering the second keynote address on the second day of the c0c0n 2021 conference here.
UAE is going through digitalization across all sectors including oil and gas, telecom, health and education and various other sectors are moving to technology, increasing the dependencies of cyber security, he said.
