Secunderabad Rly station major upgradation works likely to be completed by 2026

Hyderabad, Aug 24 (UNI) The Secunderabad Railway station is being upgraded with a cost of around Rs. 700 crore and the project is likely to be completed by 2026, said Union Minister of State for Railways Ravneet Singh here on Saturday.
Singh, who inspected the station development works in Secunderabad Railway Station along with South Central Railway (SCR) General Manager Arun Kumar Jain and reviewed the station's major upgradation plans here, said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had laid the foundation stone for major upgradation of Secunderabad station and now 27 percent of the major upgradation works have been completed.
He said the development work of the first phase of the station with 712 crores is going on.
