Krishna Mohan Rao urges Centre to hold the cast census as a part of 2021 Census

Hyderabad, Oct 8 (UNI) Telangana State Commission for Backward Classes Chairman Dr Vakulabharanam Krishna Mohan Rao has appealed to central government to reconsider their decision and hold the caste census as a part of 2021 Census fulfilling the aspirations of more than 50 per cent of our population.

In a statement issued here on Friday, while welcoming news that the Assembly of the Telangana State has adopted and passed a resolution unanimously requesting the Government of India to hold 'Caste Census' along with 2021 Population Census to be conducted by the central government shortly.
