Puducherry, Jan 24 (UNI) Puducherry PWD Minister A Namassivayam, who is planning to quit the Congress party and join the BJP, has called a final meeting with his supporters from all the constituencies in Puducherry and Karaikal, at a private hotel here on Sunday.
It may be noted that Mr Namassivayam held a meeting with his supporters at Villianur and Sultanpet in his Villinaur constituency and discussed his plan of quitting the Congress party and joining the BJP.
The Minister's supporters in Sultanpet objected to his plan to join the BJP.
