NRN expresses strong views against freebies in Priyank Kharge's presence

Bengaluru, Nov 29 (UNI) Infosys Founder Narayana Murthy on Wednesday gave some embarrassing moments to Karnataka IT Minister Priyank Kharge at the 2023 Bengaluru Tech Summit with his strong words against government freebies, and words of appreciation over the National Education Policy which the Congress has been critical.
"Nothing should be even free, but something should be expected in return from those people who receive free services and free subsidies to shoulder a slightly bigger responsibility towards making their future generation better," he said.
Murthy, however, clarified that he is not against free services and subsidies.
