Jose K Mani faction joining LDF in recognition of compromising vigilance case against party founder : BJP

Kozhikode, Oct 14 (UNI) Bharatiya Janata Party Kerala Unit on Wednesday alleged that the decision by the Jose K Mani faction of the Kerala Congress (M) to join the Left Democratic Front was in recognition of compromising the vigilance case against the party founder late K M Mani.
Speaking to the media persons here, BJP State President K Surendran said it was the LDF leaders who were up in arms against the then Finance Minister K M Mani alleging rampant corruption in issuance of bar license.
The LDF accused Mani of having a note counting machine in his house and had stalled the proceedings in the Assembly then by demanding the resignation of Mani.
