BJP serves notice to Congress leaders on false charges

Bengaluru, Jul 31(UNI) The State Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has served notice to former Chief minister Siddaramaiah and the KPCC president D K Shivakumar for leveling baseless charges against the state Government, on the alleged scam in the purchase of medical equipment in the state.
Addressing a press conference here on Friday, the state BJP General Secretary and the member of the Karnataka Legislative Council Ravikumar said that "Notice had been served to both the Congress leaders for hurling baseless charges on the state government".
Stating that the Congress leaders have been asked to reply within fifteen days, the BJP leader said that "Suitably actions would be initiated against the Congress leaders if they failed to reply to the notice".
