Puducherry, June 18 (UNI) Former Puducherry Chief Minister V Narayanasamy on Saturday demanded Chief Minister N Rangasamy to explain to the public on why he could not present a full-fledged budget even after forming an N R Congress-BJP Coalition government in the Union Territory.
Talking to newspersons here, he said when Rangasamy was the leader of the opposition, the Congress-DMK government could not present a full budget due to the intervention of then Lt.Governor Kiran Bedi and trouble from the union government.
Wondering why Rangasamy could not present a full-fledged budget, the Senior Congress leader asked whether there is any strain in the N R Congress-BJP alliance or the BJP-led NDA government at the Centre is returning the budget proposal or the local BJP is preventing the presentation of the full budget.
