TDP decries AP CM’s 'betrayal' in Yantra Seva scheme

Vijayawada, June 8 (UNI) Senior Telugu Desam Party leader and former Minister Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy on Wednesday accused the YSRCP Government in Andhra Pradesh for launching a false information campaign in order to cover up its betrayals to farmers in the past three years.
Reddy said that the state government was releasing full front page advertisements only to mislead the public in the face of rising resentment against the anti-farmers policies.
Addressing a press conference here, the TDP leader pointed out that the Government has spent zero funds on mechanisation of agriculture for the past three years. Now, full page advertisements were given in the media, making false claims that over 3,800 tractors were given to the farmers.
