Naidu condemns attacks on Hindu temples

Vijayawada, Oct 6 (UNI) Telugu Desam Party National President and former Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday condemned the attacks on Hindu temples and desecration of idols of deities.
Addressing an online meeting with the party senior leaders and candidates in all 175 assembly segments, the former Chief Minister said “The attacks on Hindu temples are continuing unabated in Andhra Pradesh. Another idol of Lakshminarasimha Swamy was demolished in Mantralayam mandal in Kurnool district. An Anjaneya Swamy idol was destroyed and desecrated at Adoni. Also a Saraswati Devi idol was destroyed at Sringeri Sankara Mutt in Narasaraopet”, he deplored.
Accusing the YCP Government of running a vindictive regime, Mr. Chandrababu Naidu said that the compound wall of former MP Sabbam Hari's house was demolished as he was questioning the anti-people policies of this Government.
