Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church Head Baselios Thomas I passes away

Kochi, Oct 31 (UNI) Head of Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church, Baselios Thomas I, died at a private hospital here on Thursday.
He was 95. He was undergoing treatment for age-related health issues.
He was enthroned on 26 July 2002 by Syriac Orthodox Patriarch Ignatius Zakka I Iwas, Patriarch of Antioch and All the East in a ceremony held in Damascus, Syria.
