Pak hand evident in terror attacks in Kashmir

Bengaluru, Feb 19 (UNI) Refuting the claims of Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan that there was no evidence suggesting Pakistan's hand behind the terrorists' strikes in Kashmir, Defence Minister Nirmala Sitaraman said on Tuesday time and again India had provided strong evidences to Pakistan, seeking actions against terror organisations but governments at helm in his country did not act.
Addressing a press conference on the eve of Aero India-2019, Country’s premier Air Show, here, she said “Successive governments in India had supplied all evidence about the involvement of the people and organisations in Pakistan and sought action against the terror outfits. But the Pakistan government failed to do it.
Referring to the Mumbai attack she said Indian government had provided all kind of evidences to Pakistan, but nothing had moved as far as containing the terrorists on its soil was concerned."
Stating that the the perpetrators of the Mumbai attack were subjected to the due course of court of law in India, she said Pakistan however, has not taken any action from its side.
“There is nothing for Pakistan to show for the evidences provided to it” she said.
Refusing to say further on the Pulwama incident, she, however ,said the morale of the Indian Armed forces was not dented by the incident.
“With the kind of overwhelming response received by the people of the country, the morale of the Indian forces soared high” she said.
“I am proud to say that morale of the Armed forces remains very high” she added.
