Karnataka: Two-year-old falls in borewell pit, rescue ops begin

Belagavi, Sep 18 (UNI) The fire officials are making all efforts to rescue a two-year-old boy from Alaknur village in Raibag taluk who fell in an abandoned borewell pit near his residence, here on Saturday.
The boy has been spotted in the pit at the depth of about five to eight feet.
The boy has been identified as Sharad Siddappa Hasire. His parents had filed a kidnapping complaint with the Harugeri police on Friday.
