Kerala CM involved in gold smuggling case: Swapna Suresh

Kochi, June 7 (UNI) Key accused in the diplomatic baggage gold smuggling case, Swapna Suresh on Tuesday revealed the involvement of Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, his wife Kamala and their daughter Veena in the infamous case.
Talking to newspersons here, the accused said the Chief Minister was involved in the case and a baggage containing currency was sent to him, when he was in Dubai in 2016.
In her 164 statement given before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court here, she said the Chief Minister's former principal secretary M Sivasankar, his additional private secretary CM Raveendran, former chief secretary Nalini Netto and former LSG Minister KT Jaleel were also involved in the case.
