Kuwait returnee tested Omicron positive in AP's Konaseema: EG DMHO

Kakinada, Dec 24 (UNI) A woman, who had returned from Kuwait to her native place Nedunuru Pedapalem village of Ayinavilli Mandal in Konaseema on December 19, was tested positive and she was kept in quarantine, said Dr Goureswerarao, District Medical and Health Officer (DMHO).

He told media persons that the woman’s blood sample was collected at Gannavaram Airport on her return on December 19 and sent for testing to virology Lab at Hyderabad and the test report received last night was found Omicron positive.
