AP CM credits Rs 6,595 crore under Amma Vodi scheme

Srikakulam, June 27 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy has said that his government had spent over Rs 52,600 crore during the last three years on various welfare schemes and developmental activities.
The Chief Minister here on Monday directly credited Rs 6,595 crore into the accounts of 43.96 lakh mothers under Amma Vodi scheme for sending their children to schools.
Addressing a public meeting on the occasion, he said the YSRCP government had spent about 19,618 crore on Amma Vodi scheme since the last three years.
