Bengaluru, Oct 2 (UNI) Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said on Saturday that a final list of candidates for the assembly byelections will be sent to the party's central leadership for approval.
"Tomorrow, that is October 3, at noon, we have called for the party's state core committee meeting under the chairmanship of Arun Singh. The meeting will deliberate on finalising the list of candidates for contesting Sindagi and Hanagal by-polls. The final list will be sent to the central leadership for approval," he told reporters here.
Singh will be chairing the core committee meeting on Sunday to shortlist the names of the candidates for the by-polls.
