Municipal Min KTR directs officials to take up road repairs works with Rs 297 cr

Hyderabad, Oct 16 (UNI) Telangana Minister for Municipal K T Rama Rao on Friday directed to take restoration and repair of roads with the cost of Rs.297 crores, which were damaged by incessant rains.
Mr KTR, who visited several inundation areas in GHMC and a review meeting with officials of GHMC, HMWS and SB, Electricity Departments in GHMC Head Office here, instructed the Electricity officials to coordinate with GHMC officials for restoration of Electricity Supply in colonies and apartments within 24 hours where electricity interrupted due to inundation.
He also instructed HMWW and SB officials to take up repair works of sewerage and water pipe lines that were damaged recently, with Rs.50 Crores.
