Raichur, Sep 1 (UNI) Karnataka's Minister of Large and Medium Scale Industries Jagdish Shettar on Tuesday said that under the Karnataka government's new industrial policy, a mega pharma park would be started at Raichur very soon.

Addressing press persons in Raichur, Mr Shettar said “The industrial development in the state is currently Bengaluru-centric and we want to ensure distribution of industries across the state by taking them to Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. As part of these efforts, we are going to start a mega pharma park in Raichur and in this regard I have made recommendations to DV Sadananda Gowda, Union Minister for Chemical, Fertiliser and Pharmaceuticals', he said.
