Woman poisons two children, attempts suicide after quarrel with her husband

Virudhunagar, Aug 25 (UNI) Upset over frequent domestic quarrel with her husband, a 30-year-old woman attempted suicide after feeding poison to her two children in their house at Vettrilaiyoorani village near Vembakottai in this Southern district on Tuesday.
Police said the woman A.Esther consumed poison after administering the same to her children A.Jaleena (10) and A.Joshua (3). The couple had frequent quarrels over trivial issues.
All the three were rushed to the Primary Health Centre at Thayilpatti. They were later shifted to the Government Hospital in Tiruthangal.
