Railway police seize banned tobacco products worth Rs 15 lakh from express train

Puducherry, Sep 30(UNI) Railway police on Wednesday evening seized banned tobacco products worth Rs.15 lakh from the Bhubaneswar-Puducherry Express train.
According to sources here, Southern Railway Tiruchirapalli Division police received an information that banned tobacco products are being transported in the Bhubaneswar-Pondicherry express train.
A team led by Sub-Inspector Vasudevan reached Puducherry and conducted a thorough search in the train when it arrived here.
