Pondy CB-CID police register cases against N R Cong functionary, his wife for cheating a French Citizen

Puducherry, Sep 26 (UNI) Puducherry CB-CID police on Friday registered cases under five sections of IPC against N R Congress functionary and his wife for cheating a French Citizen and are on the lookout for them who are said to be absconding.
According to police, the N R Congress functionary Anibal Nehru approached a French citizen Stephani Rayar in 2010 and entered into an agreement with him for constructing eight flats in a property owned by Rayar on the Labordane street here and to share it equally.
