CM aware of appointment of gold smuggling case accused Swapna in Space Park : ED

Kochi, Oct 7 (UNI) Enforcement Directorate on Wednesday told the Principal Sessions Court here that Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan was aware of the appointment of gold smuggling case accused Swapna Suresh in the Space Park.
This was stated in the chargesheet submitted to the court by ED.
The chargesheet, related to the probe on the black money transactions in the gold smuggling case, also mentioned that Swapna was appointed as she was trusted by M Sivasankar, the former Principal Secretary to Chief Minister.
