Thiruvananthapuram, Sep 5 (UNI) Pro-CPI(M) Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) activists on Saturday waved black flags at Congress MP Ramya Haridas, representing Alathur Lok Sabha seat, at Venjaranmood.
The incident happened when the MP was going to Changanasseri from Thiruvananthapuram. When her car reached Venjaranmood, where DYFI activists were staging a dharna in protest against the twin murders of DYFI activists a few days ago, the agitators stopped her car, hit the bonnet, shouted slogans, waved black flags and tied a flag on the car.
The MP alleged that a group of CPM and DYFI workers attacked her car and tied black flags on her vehicle.
