Hyderabad, Sep 11 (UNI) Telangana Minister for Health Etela Rajender informed the the Council on Friday that the state government have sanctioned an amount of about Rs 933 crore to combat the Coronavirus pandemic so far.
The government is taking all strategic preventive measures to control COVID and number of teams deployed in containment zones was increased, the Minister said.
Replying to a question raised by members during question hour, the Minister said the fatality rate of Covid-19 in the state was 0.64 per cent as compared to National average of 1.75 per cent.
