Minister, 3 Cong MLAs boycott LG's address

Puducherry, Jul 24 (UNI) Health minister Malladi Krishna Rao and three ruling Congress legislators on Friday boycotted the Lt.Governor's address to the territorial assembly.
The Minister and the three members, who were present in the house, walked out as soon as the Lt.Governor started reading out her address.
Mr Lakshminarayanan, Parliamentary Secretary to the Chief Minister, Jayamurthy (both clad in black shirts) and Government whip Anantharaman boycotted Ms Bedi's address along with Mr Krishna Rao.
Mr Jayamurthy later told news persons that they were protesting against the Lt.Governor's statement that the elected representatives need to visit a clinical psychologist.
