AIADMK inks seat-sharing pact with BJP, PMK for LS polls

Chennai, Feb 19 (UNI) Stealing a march over the Opposition DMK,
the ruling AIADMK in Tamil Nadu on Tuesday finalised the seat
sharing agreement with the BJP and the PMK for the Lok Sabha
poll.
A couple of hours after signing the pact with the PMK Founder
Dr S Ramadoss under which the latter was allotted seven Lok
Sabha seats of the total 39 in Tamil Nadu, besides a Rajya
Sabha seat next year, the AIADMK finalised the deal with the
BJP allotting five seats for the saffron party after holding nearly
four-hour long talks with Union Minister and BJP Tamil Nadu
Election in-charge Piyush Goyal at a star hotel in the city.
