Kerala CM to hand over first 100 sanction letters under CMEDP of KFC

Thiruvananthapuram, Sep 22 (UNI) Kerala Financial Corporation (KFC) was all set to sanction the first lot of 100 applications under the 'Chief Ministers Entrepreneurship Development Programme (CMEDP).'
Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan would be issuing the Sanction Communications in a virtual event to be held on September 28 at 1100 hours in presence of Finance Minister Thomas Issac, KFC CMD Tomin J Thachankary said on Tuesday.
The scheme, announced on July 28 this year, received a commendable response from the aspiring entrepreneurs in the State. KFC received over 3,200 enquiries since its online portal was opened for registrations. Of the 1,004 applications received, 259 have been interviewed and five day entrepreneurship training has been given to 249 of them.
