Vijayawada, Aug 3 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy on Wednesday ordered a high level committee probe on the gas leak incident at Atchutapuram Special Economic Zone (SEZ) near Anakapalle in the state on Tuesday.
The Chief Minister held a review meeting on the incident and ordered the setting up of a high level committee probe which will look into the gas leak incident and find out the cause and steps to be taken to plug such incidents in future.
Apart from the industry in question, Reddy said, safety audits should be held at all the industries in the State.
