No threat to safety of Srisailam dam: Minister

Amaravati, Nov 21 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Minister for Irrigation P Anil Kumar Yadav said that there is 'no threat' to the safety of Srisailam dam, across the river Krishna.
In a statement here on Thursday, Mr Yadav said that he had spoken to the officials of the irrigation department and got the report.
“There is 'no threat' to the safety of Srisailam dam. The dam is safe and all the needed steps were taken”, he clarified.
