AP CM credits Rs 3,758 Cr in farmers' accounts under YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme

Eluru, May 16 (UNI) For the fourth consecutive year in a row, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy has credited Rs 3,758 crore as first tranche of YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme, benefitting 50.10 lakh farmers.
Addressing the gathering at Ganapavaram village in this district on Monday, the Chief Minister said that the government is committed towards farmers' welfare and thus providing assistance through Rythu Bharosa even before Khariff starts.
Under the first installment, Reddy said, Rs 7,500 is being provided where the State government would be crediting Rs 5500 today and the remaining Rs 2,000 would be disbursed by Centre under PM Kisan by the end of May.
