Chennai, Jan 29 (UNI) A total of nine events will be held across the
country associated with the G20 Education Working Group (EWG)
starting from January 31 in Chennai to June 22 at Pune in Maharashtra.
Official sources said the first of the events will be a Seminar on ‘Role
of Digital Technology in Education’ to be held at IIT-Madras Research
Park here on January 31 and it would be followed by the 1st G20 EWG
meeting here on February 1 and 2.
The next will be a seminar on 'Strengthening Research Collaboration'
which would be held at Amritsar in Punjab on March 15 to be followed
by the 2nd G20 EWG meet at the same venue.
The 5th and the 6th event--Seminar on Building Capacities, promoting
life-long learning on context of future of work on April 24 and the 3rd
G20 EWG meet on April 25 to 27 will be held at Bhubaneswar in Odisha.
The next three events will be held at Pune in Maharashtra. They were
Seminar on Ensuring Foundational Literacy at Numeracy on June 19,
4th G20 EWG meeting on June 20 and 21 and meeting of G20 Education
Ministers on June 22.
