Srinagar, Apr 17 (UNI) Warm clothes are out yet again as chill made a come back after fresh snowfall in the upper heights while plains, including summer capital, Srinagar, were lashed by rains coupled with icy cold winds in the Kashmir valley on Saturday.
A Met department spokesman issued a fresh warning that there could be isolated thunderstorm and lightening with 30 km to 40 km gusty winds during the next 24 hours in the Kashmir valley, which could disrupt surface traffic on Srinagar-Jammu national highway due to landslides and shooting stones.
The weather woes will continue till April 23 as isolated, scattered and widespread rain is predicted by the Met spokesman.
