Rain, landslides block 15 HP roads

Shimla, July 26 (UNI) Landslides, poor drainage and illegal dumping of waste on roads disrupted traffic on at least 15 key roads in Sirmaur, Mandi, and Shimla districts of Himachal Pradesh as heavy rains continued to hit the hill state, officials said on Friday.

A major landslide occurred on Friday morning on the Paonta Sahib-Shilai National Highway in Sirmaur, trapping two trucks, officials said.
