Countdown to door-to-door water supply in Bundelkhand villages in UP

Lucknow, Oct 14 (UNI) The countdown for piped water supply has started in the villages of Bundelkhand. The State Government has almost completed the work of laying the main line for water supply to the villages of Bundelkhand under the ‘Har Ghar Nal’ Yojana, one of the most ambitious projects of the government which will change the face of Bundelkhand facing water crisis for many decades.

Starting from the last week of November, the houses of Bundelkhand will have water supply connections. Along with this, the Namami Gange and Rural Water Supply Department are going to start a trial run of water supply in the villages of Bundelkhand, officials hereon Thursday said.
