Lucknow, Nov 28 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh government has reduced the security cover of Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party (Lohia) (PSP-L) Chief Shivpal Singh Yadav from Z category to Y category.
Superintendent of Police (Training and Security) Vaibhav Krishna has written a letter to the Police Commissioner Lucknow and Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Etawah in this regard.
In his letter, Krishna has stated that during the meeting of the state level security committee held on November 25 to review the categorised security it has been decided to provide Y category security to former cabinet minister and Samajwadi Party (SP) MLA Shivpal Singh Yadav in place of Z category.
