UP to launch India’s first live emergency monitoring system soon

Lucknow, July 29 (UNI) In another major move towards upgrading the health care services in the state, the Uttar Pradesh government is soon going to implement the Live Emergency Monitoring System.
Once implemented, the Live Emergency Monitoring System will provide easy and accessible admission at hospitals especially in case of an emergency. The government is also making efforts to ensure availability of ambulance services on a single call while providing treatment to the emergency patients immediately in hospitals.
An official spokesman said on Friday that patients seeking emergency treatment in the state often have to run from one medical institute and hospital to another facility in the want of available medical beds. "This hinders treatment time available to a patient of trauma and emergency care. With this network system, emergency and trauma patients can be easily admitted to a medical facility," he said.
