Solar Park to be developed on 1,700 hectare along Bundelkhand expressway

Lucknow, July 17 (UNI) The Uttar Pradesh government is developing the longest solar park on both sides of the Bundelkhand Expressway.
This solar park will cover approximately 1,700 hectares and will be developed under the 'Build, Own, and Operate' (BOO) model, under the supervision of the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA).
In August of last year, UPEIDA invited Expressions of Interest for a pre-feasibility study, during which nine organisations made presentations. Among them Messers Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet submitted a comprehensive report to UPEIDA officials in February this year, which was presented before Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
