Roll-out of RTI Portal: J&K Sports Council nominates CPIO, PIOs

Jammu, Aug 1 (UNI) In view of rolling-out of the Right To Information (RTI) portal, Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council today nominated one Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) and four Public Information Officers (PIOs).
As per sources, the Secretary, J&K Sports Council has ordered the nomination of Chief Accounts Officer (CAO) of Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council, Dilawar Singh (JKAS rank) as the Central Public Information Officer.
The Secretary has also nominated, Irfan Ahmad Banday of J&K Sports Council, Sanjeev Sharma, Executive Engineer (Jammu), J&K Sports Council, Nusrat Gazala, Divisional Sports Officer (Kashmir), J&K Sports Council, Satpal Singh, Divisional Sports Officer (Jammu), J&K Sports Council and Jahangir Mir, Public Relation Officer (PRO), J&K Sports Council, as the Public Information Officers (PIOs).
