Jammu, Nov 25 (UNI) The students of Government Primary School on Monday were shifted to safer places as preventive measure when Pakistan resorted to unprovoked firing along the International Border in Kanhachak sector here, police sources said.
They also fired heavily along LoC in Akhnoor sector later, which was effectively retaliated by the Indian troops.
The school students and villagers had close shave at Gol Pattan area of Kanachak Sector at Indo-Pak International Border, when Pakistani Rangers violated ceasefire at around 1000 hours.
