Militant grenade attack on SF camp in Pulwama, no injury reported

Srinagar, Sep 9 (UNI) Militants hurled a hand grenade towards a security force camp in Tral area of south Kashmir district of Pulwama late Tuesday evening, official sources said on Wednesday.
They said militants hurled a grenade towards a security force camp at Nowdal, Tral in Pulwama last evening. However, the grenade missed the intended target and exploded outside the camp without causing any damage. The sound of the blast was heard in the entire area causing panic.
Later, security forces conducted search operation in the area but the militants had managed to escape under the cover of darkness, they said.
