Wave of faith surges in UP on first Monday of Shravan month

Prayagraj, July 22 (UNI) A wave of faith surged the entire Uttar Pradesh including Baba Vishwanath's city Kashi, and Prayagraj on the occasion of the first Monday of Shravan, the favorite month of Lord Shiva.
The echo of the bell in the Shiva temples and the slogans of Har Har Bam Bam started from the time of Mangala Aarti at 3 am. There is no place to keep a step in Shri Vishwanath Dham in Kashi. After taking a bath on the banks of the Ganga, the devotees were seen standing in queue to worship their deity.
Tight security arrangements were made on this occasion. Apart from plainclothes police personnel and CCTV, drones were also keeping a close watch on undesirable elements.
