UP Guv, CM remember Padma Shri Prof Shukla

Lucknow, Sep 21 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, state president of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Bhupendra Singh and General Secretary (organisation) Dharampal Singh have condoled the demise of President of Kashi Vidvat Parishad Prof Ram Yatna Shukla.
Prof Shukla died on Tuesday evening after prolonged illness. He was admitted at a private hospital for a week, where he passed away at the age of 90 years.
He was born in Bhadohi district in 1932. His father Niranjan Shukla was also a learned teacher of Sanskrit. Prof Shukla had worked as a Professor of Sanskrit in the faculty of Sanskrit Vidya Dharma Vigyan at Banaras Hindu University (BHU). He used to provide free teaching to Sanskrit students till his last stage.
