Lucknow, Oct 8(UNI) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has warned the unscrupulous elements to mend their ways or else face the wrath of the government.
“We will not allow another Kairana and Kandhla to be created in western UP anymore” he said.
The people have seen evil designs of some vested interests which were all out to consign the western UP into the fire of communalism and casteism. “There will be no riots like Muzaffarnagar again” he asserted while addressing a virtual meeting of the office bearers of booth, division, and sector of Bulandshahr assembly segment going to by-poll on November 3 from his official residence.
He said these elements are the ones who breed on communalism and anti-social manifestations. My Government machinery is identifying them one by one and they are sure to be taken to task by the law.
Invoking Chaudhary Charan Singh on the occasion CM said that, “The late leader was the real sympathiser of the farmers while for others the farmers have been mere vote banks. Hitting out at the previous opposition governments in the state, if they were concerned about the farmer interest why did not, they revive Ramala Sugar Mill which was lying closed for thirty years. Similarly, why did not they upgrade Mohiuddinpur Sugar Mill. It was BJP government that came forward and did it for farmers.
He further added that his government has made payment of Rs. 1.6 lakh crore during the last three and a half years to cane farmers. “It could be achieved more because of the fact that we made the cane Minister hailing from Western Uttar Pradesh” he pointed out.
The Chief Minister made it clear that ‘Sabka Sath, Sabka Vishwas Aur Sabka Bharosa’ is not a mere slogan for the BJP, but it is a commitment for us. “Unlike previous governments which used to benefit the people on the basis of caste, religion and region. Our government believed in transparency and impartiality” he added further.
The Chief Minister said, the recent developmental initiatives in the state are going to benefit Bulandshahar in big way. The Ganga Expressway, the longest expressway in the country will pass through Bulandshahar, while the proposed Jewar Airport and film city will also be coming up in the vicinity.
