Lucknow, Aug 30 (UNI) Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati on Sunday given her party's full support to the Centre's fresh guidelines of Unlock in the country.
In a tweet on Sunday, Ms Mayawati, said the government has done the same, which had been demand of the party since long.
"Making a common policy for the entire country on Unlock and Lockdown was a welcome decision on the Centre, which had been demanding by the BSP since long. This will end the politics being done on the backdrop of Corona while the people will be benefited with it by getting more relaxation and facilities," she said in the tweet in Hindi.
In the fresh guidelines issued by the Union Home Ministry it has clearly said that the state cannot announce lock down in their state arbitrarily and for it they would have to consult the Centre and take its permission.
The new guidelines also allow religious, political and social gathering of maximum 100 people after September 21 while there would be total relaxation on inter-state and intra-state movement of vehicles and people.
