Lucknow, Oct 19 (UNI) Expressing strong objection to the remarks of Congress leader Kamal Nath on a woman minister, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati on Monday asked the Congress high command to apologize for it.
In a tweet, Ms Mayawati said, "The extremely anti-women, obscene remark made by senior Congress leader and former CM of MP about a Dalit woman contesting the by-election in Dabra Assembly seat (Reserved) in Madhya Pradesh's Gwalior, is very embarrassing and extremely condemnable."
"Taking cognizance of his remarks, the Congress high command should publicly apologize," she said.
