Under this ambitious plan, the target is being achieved to open 1.5 lakh such CSCs which may employ about 4.5 lakh youth at the local level. As many as 258 services of 35 departments are being made available for the locals to get benefit of.
Any person desirous of taking services available at CSCs, may access these through internet on E-district portals. To start with, the CSCs will work for three years but it can be extended for a further period of two years with mutual consent of District E-Governance Society (DEGS) and District Service Provider(DSP), official sources here on Thursday said.
