Lucknow, Jan 8 (UNI) Samajwadi Party (SP) will file a complaint against the in-charge of the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) national information and technology department Amit Malviya for allegedly sharing a picture of party president Akhilesh Yadav with a perfume trader during his France visit.
In a press conference organised at the party headquarters, Akhilesh alleged that those running the IT cell of the BJP were vitiating Uttar Pradesh's environment from Delhi. "He has shared my picture in which it has been stated that the person on whom searches were conducted in Kanpur was with me in Kanpur. SP's legal team will definitely file an FIR against him," he said.
Though, Akhilesh said that under the BJP rule FIR is not filed against a person who speaks against him. Therefore the application will be moved before the police and an FIR would be lodged when the SP comes to power.
