Rising inflation due to wrong economic policies of Union Govt broke back of common man: Randhawa

Chandigarh, Oct 8 (UNI) Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa on Friday came down heavily on the NDA Government for the sky rocketing inflation due to the disastrous economic policies being pursued by the Centre.
In a communique here on Friday, the Deputy Chief Minister said that during the last 10 months the LPG gas rates have increased by Rs 300 which has broken the back of the common man.
He said that this enormous increase comes at a time when the farmers are passing through a financial crisis due to three farm laws and every section of the society is reeling under economic distress because of the COVID-19 pandemic. "This increase is all the more alarming considering the fast approaching festival season as every spectrum of our society is closely connected to it", he said.
